About the position

As a Development Representative at Atlassian, you will play a crucial role in partnering with our Advocates (Account Executives) to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for our customer base. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a delightful customer experience while working closely with our Sales Operations and Marketing teams. This position is designed for 2025 graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in sales and contribute to the success of our organization. You will report directly to a Development Sales Manager, who will guide you through your professional development and help you navigate the intricacies of the sales process. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how Atlassian's software products can meet those needs. You will be expected to conduct outreach, follow up on leads, and assist in the qualification of prospects. Your ability to build relationships and provide exceptional service will be key to your success. You will also collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that our sales strategies align with our overall business objectives.
