About the position

Infosys is seeking an Enterprise Fraud Business Analyst to play a crucial role in the consulting team. This position involves discovering and defining problem statements, evaluating solution options, and making recommendations. The analyst will be primarily responsible for configuring solutions for customers using company products and proprietary tools, creating detailed design and architecture artifacts, and implementing deployment plans. The role also includes supporting knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions that help clients adapt to the evolving global payment landscape.

Responsibilities

• Discover and define problem statements for clients.
• Evaluate solution options and make recommendations.
• Configure solutions for customers using company products and proprietary tools.
• Create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts.
• Implement deployment plans for solutions.
• Support knowledge transfer to clients.
• Work with offshore teams in scheduling, planning, and prioritizing work requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in software engineering, release planning, change management, and/or configuration management.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• At least 15 years of experience in software engineering, release planning, change management, and/or configuration management.
• Enterprise Fraud functional understanding.
• Experience with test planning and oversight.
• Ability to benchmark test plans against requirements.
• Experience with the Enterprise Fraud database schema.
• Experience with Oracle SQL, Java, and Web services.
