About the position

The Enterprise Implementation Specialist is responsible for onboarding strategic accounts that spend over $500K annually with Henry Schein. This role involves creating and customizing project plans, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that the onboarding process remains on schedule. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to track and report on customer progress, ensuring a smooth and timely transition for valued customers. Strong organizational skills, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential to provide high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Enterprise Implementation Point of Contact for strategic customer onboarding.
  • Support onboarding for strategic customers with a spend over $500K, coordinating with various internal departments.
  • Handle additional onboarding phases for previously implemented projects.
  • Delegate tasks to relevant departments and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Facilitate clear communication across teams for current and ongoing projects.
  • Develop and customize actions for each step of the project onboarding request.
  • Create an onboarding roadmap with detailed customer information and share it with internal partners.
  • Set up billing and shipping accounts based on specifications from the Strategic Sales Team.
  • Collaborate with the Verifications Department to confirm necessary licensure is attached.
  • Conduct calls to provide onboarding status updates to internal teams and the Strategic Sales Team.
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly, setting objectives for each functional area and tracking progress.
  • Review customer lists to verify account activity and make necessary revisions.
  • Manage the web registration process for new customers, ensuring correct setup of user IDs and permissions.
  • Track and update project progress using a project management tool, providing visibility into timelines and completion status.
  • Provide ongoing reports via the onboarding roadmap throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • 4 or more years of related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively work with all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems or computer programs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of medical supply distribution and company policies.
