About the position

The Enterprise Infra Manager at PNC is responsible for providing management-level network support and technical leadership within the Site Reliability Center. This role involves overseeing incident resolution, team leadership, and proactive network monitoring in a 24/7 enterprise production environment. The manager will focus on employee and system incident resolution, ensuring effective communication and documentation, and driving continuous improvement within the network operations team.

Responsibilities

• Provide management-level network support and technical situation leadership in a 24/7 environment.
• Function as a management escalation point within the network operations team.
• Focus on employee and system incident resolution and take escalations from the team.
• Ensure proactive network monitoring and oversee knowledge documentation.
• Drive root cause analysis on assigned Problem tasks.
• Lead shift staff meetings and provide initial staff escalations.
• Measure team and staff performance against KPIs and provide feedback for improvement.
• Foster a blameless culture focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead technical situation calls.
• Excellent customer service and peer leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of the OSI model and several years of network support experience at layers 1 through 3.
• Strong communication skills for incident resolution and client updates.
• Strong documentation skills for knowledge creation and ticket escalation.
• Ability to collaborate with others to drive issue resolution.
