About the position

The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager Sr at PNC is responsible for leading the strategy and management of enterprise voice technologies, including traditional PBX systems, VoIP solutions, and Unified Communications Platforms. This role focuses on enhancing the existing voice technologies while ensuring resiliency, security, and performance. The manager will oversee multiple teams, manage financial and risk responsibilities, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors to deliver effective infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for creating the future Enterprise Voice environment focused on resiliency, security, and performance.
• Oversee infrastructure planning, development strategies, and product lifecycle management.
• Direct financial management and risk management capabilities within the Enterprise Infrastructure function.
• Manage incident management, product health, patching, and asset management lifecycle.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and executive management to ensure availability of infrastructure technologies and support.
• Design best practices for technology architecture and management.
• Motivate, develop, and oversee the performance of the management team and key staff.

Requirements

• Strong background in enterprise voice technologies including traditional PBX systems, VoIP solutions, and Cloud Telephony.
• Effective communication skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and vendors.
• Industry knowledge of current and changing trends in Voice technologies.
• Experience in negotiation and financial responsibility.
• Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility.
