About the position
The Enterprise Integration Architect for Electronic Health Records at GDIT is responsible for leading client engagements in implementing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, specifically focusing on the Indian Health Service (IHS) EHR modernization program. This role involves understanding clinical workflows, transforming them into EHR workflows, and supporting client relationships to achieve business objectives. The position requires a deep understanding of EHR technical architecture and the ability to coordinate design, system validation, and integration activities across various solutions and care venues. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements in implementing Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Transform clinical workflows into EHR workflows.
- Support client relationships to achieve business objectives.
- Understand EHR technical architecture and its functionality.
- Work in a highly matrixed program across clinical, technical, and operational areas.
- Support issue logging and resolution.
- Coordinate design, system validation, and integration activities across solutions and venues of care.
- May supervise others.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of experience supporting medium to large IT projects.
- Experience implementing Cerner (Oracle Health) Millennium EHR.
- Completion of Oracle Cerner certification program is equivalent to 3 years of experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.

- Cerner (Oracle Health) Millennium interfaces and/or reporting experience.
