About the position

The Enterprise IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, leading project teams, and implementing project management best practices to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and resource availability.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with enterprise-level IT systems and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management for projects.
