OneTrust is seeking an Enterprise IT Project Manager to plan, manage and deploy enterprise level technology projects across the Business technology ecosystem. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely execution of technology initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving project success. Leveraging your critical thinking skills and leadership, you will contribute to removing barriers and fostering collaboration across business and technology units. Successful candidates will have proven experience in planning and delivering large scale enterprise projects. Your Mission includes leading the planning, execution, and deployment of enterprise-level technology projects, collaborating closely with the Technology Leadership team in the development and management of project and program roadmaps, analyzing stakeholder expectations, and applying problem-solving techniques to resolve conflicts and obstacles. You will build and coach teams to execute technology solution plans, provide business analysis support, serve as the key communication link between project teams and stakeholders, proactively identify and manage risks and issues, and partner with leadership across technology and business teams to coordinate activities and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of enterprise-level technology projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the Technology Leadership team in the development and management of project and program roadmaps.
  • Analyze stakeholder expectations and apply problem-solving techniques to resolve conflicts and obstacles.
  • Build and coach teams to execute technology solution plans, covering all business and IT activities.
  • Provide business analysis support in researching, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements.
  • Serve as the key communication link between project team and stakeholders, providing timely updates and alignment on delivery scope.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks and issues.
  • Partner with leadership across technology and business teams to coordinate activities and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Quality Assurance or related field of study.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of IT project management experience, including management of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Two (2) years of enterprise project delivery experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, frequently changing environment.
  • Experience working with business users to establish priorities and manage expectations.
