About the position

The Enterprise Marketing Associate will enhance and integrate marketing technology solutions, focusing on marketing automation and delivery-focused recruitment. This role supports Delivery via marketing automation initiatives, maintenance of staffing/recruitment platforms, and supporting responsibilities job board as needed. The associate will work closely with recruitment teams and other departments under the guidance of the Enterprise Application Manager and Senior Marketing Technologist. This position is ideal for those interested in digital marketing/delivery operations and technology, offering direct experience with marketing automation tools and cross-functional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Administer marketing automation technologies, the staffing platform application, job boards, and other digital recruitment platforms to optimize candidate sourcing, engagement, and hiring processes.
  • Support and manage marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud & TextUs) to create and manage email/SMS marketing campaigns, building a candidate pipeline for delivery teams.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing automation campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and functionality.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to support recruitment focuses, particularly in Healthcare and Government sectors.
  • Partner with the Creative team and Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts with professionals across departments.
  • Manage job boards and staffing platforms, including job posting and seat/subscription management, ensuring effective utilization for recruitment.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
  • Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaign ideas.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through social media and email.
  • Create, update, and import audiences into Salesforce Marketing Cloud for targeted email segmentation.
  • Build, manage, and adjust multiple recruitment campaigns through email marketing tools.
  • Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to shape future marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, deriving actionable insights to enhance recruitment and engagement strategies.
  • Integrate and utilize marketing technology platforms to support recruitment teams' productivity and marketing analytics.
  • Provide insights to optimize marketing tactics and improve ROI in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Technologist.
  • Assist in interactions with vendors providing technology solutions for job boards, marketing automation, and recruitment technology stacks.
  • Ensure effective use of technological features and functionalities for specific verticals.
  • Provide basic training to team members on the use of marketing technology platforms.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance staff proficiency in marketing technologies.
  • Function as a liaison between account management and operations teams to design scalable technical solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to marketing operations and digital recruitment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance marketing processes.
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in content development, optimization, and advertising.
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
  • Support Marketing Helpdesk inquiries.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing operations, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with app-based recruitment platforms and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • BA or BS in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and similar cloud-based applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage dynamic tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding environment or previous experience in high-volume professional environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of omnichannel systems at an enterprise level is a plus.
