About The Position
The Enterprise Network Architect will provide data networking solutions and oversight for legacy telecommunications services, including broadband internet circuits and cloud networking. This role requires extensive knowledge of data and network monitoring technologies and practices, as well as the ability to manage the lifecycle of data networking services from strategic planning to operations. The architect will also be responsible for assessing technology and operational needs, managing incidents, and resolving customer escalations.
