About the position

The Enterprise Onboarding Specialist at Xplor is responsible for creating and delivering product training for new mid-market and enterprise clients on Xplor Growth. This role involves conducting live virtual training sessions, managing the technical setup of client accounts, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for clients. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to develop innovative training solutions and support clients in effectively using the software products offered by Xplor.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage the setup of Xplor Growth accounts, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Create, design, and run training programs for mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Conduct client-facing virtual training sessions to guide clients through the software.
  • Review configurations and address any client issues prior to launch through phone calls.
  • Assist in developing innovative and modern learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing solutions consultants on client communication strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management and/or training roles, either internal or external.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to record/edit training videos.
  • High attention to detail and excellent spelling and grammar skills.
  • Strong client communication skills via email and phone calls.
  • Excellent project management skills.
