About the position

The Enterprise Operations Intern at Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is a remote position designed for students pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or Finance. The intern will support enterprise operations activities, focusing on workflow documentation, data gathering and analysis, and assisting with various projects. This role emphasizes collaboration with other departments and requires the ability to work with large datasets to derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise operations activities related to workflow documentation.
• Gather and analyze data for various projects.
• Assist on Enterprise Operations projects as needed.
• Collaborate frequently with other areas of the credit union.
• Synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or Finance from an accredited college or university.
• Successful completion of an analytics course required.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel.
• Ability to work independently and learn complex skills or software with minimal supervision.

• Experience with Visio or other visualization tools.
