About the position

The Enterprise Operations Manager oversees the administration and supervision of the Enterprise Operations team, collaborating closely with the Chief Accounting Officer to enhance processes and personnel across the organization. This role focuses on managing cross-functional teams to build trust and establish long-term relationships while implementing digital ministry initiatives and measuring their success. The manager is responsible for tactical project management, including operational strategies, sales forecasts, and budget management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategic operational plans that align with ministry goals.
  • Manage all aspects of execution including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
  • Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Leverage digital platforms to automate activities and determine the most effective points of interaction across internal and external initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and oversee implementation of comprehensive digital initiatives for a variety of groups and departments.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is utilizing the most effective and efficient technology.
  • Facilitate urgent, time-sensitive requests even outside normal business hours.
  • Assist with strategic release/sales plans and budgets as it relates to forecasting and reporting for new and existing products.
  • Manage Vendor relations for operations (contracts, adoption, and budget).
  • Manage Digital deployments and innovation (websites, apps, email/SMS platforms).
  • Responsible for Technical Implementation teams (building emails, web creation/edits, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field. Equivalent experience can be considered.
  • Proven experience in developing people and managing large cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment with an extreme ability to quickly re-focus priorities.
  • Strong management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms, marketing automation software, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding and appreciation for the unique needs and sensitivities of a ministry.
