About the position

As an Enterprise Payments Product Associate at Citizens, you will be part of a dynamic Product team focused on driving payments innovation across the enterprise. This role involves regular interaction with sales teams, internal colleagues, and customers to support cash management products. You will manage projects using Agile methodologies, interface with various stakeholders, and contribute to product development and enhancements, making it a unique opportunity to grow within a stable organization that values innovation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise payments strategic and tactical initiatives to drive client value.
• Assess market opportunities, competitive offerings, customer needs, and ROI.
• Support sales colleagues with training, educational content, and product inquiries.
• Conduct UAT testing for new product enhancements and BAU code drops.
• Identify and define client needs and emerging trends with stakeholders.
• Manage competitive analysis and market research for product offerings.
• Research product enhancements and new offerings.
• Initiate product development cycles for agreed initiatives.
• Define, develop, and lead the implementation of product roadmaps.
• Provide effective technical solutions to functional challenges.
• Research target market for product and service delivery.
• Apply agile methodologies to facilitate innovation and execution.
• Supervise advanced use of requirements analysis tools and services.

Requirements

• 5-7 years' experience in Banking or Fintech, with a preference for Payments experience.
• Skilled at drafting executive presentations and business cases.
• Experience with Scrum at Scale and Jira software is a plus.
• Comfortable with Excel for reporting and data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in project management within a financial services context.
• Familiarity with cash management products and services.
