About The Position
As the IT Technology Management Enterprise Platform Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining the strategic design and governance of our IT systems and processes. In this position, you will collaborate closely with IT operations, infrastructure, business leaders, and engineers to create a unified approach to modernizing and optimizing our IT support systems. As a technology-focused architecture expert, you will oversee all architectural aspects of Technology Management, crafting visionary roadmaps, establishing reference architectures, and setting the strategic direction. Your scope will span critical areas, including Incident and Change Management, Service and Configuration Management, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, FINOPS (Financial Operations), and Risk and Controls. This role demands a unique combination of technical expertise and leadership qualities.
