About the position

The Enterprise Product Coach at Johnson & Johnson will leverage extensive expertise in Digital Product Management and agile methodologies to coach teams and leaders in adopting a product mindset and effective product management practices. This role involves developing and delivering hands-on training, guiding clients towards best practices, and collaborating with other coaches to enhance growth strategies and insights within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Work with digital product leaders and teams to drive customer-focused outcomes using data insights.
  • Coach and mentor digital product teams on product mindset, agile principles, and human-centered design.
  • Enable a collaborative culture to promote business agility.
  • Identify new working methods and scale proven practices.
  • Develop learning strategies and facilitator-led materials.
  • Build trust through coaching soft skills and evaluate team practices for improvement.
  • Assess product delivery maturity and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Collaborate with other coaches to develop trust and partnership strategies.
  • Run workshops and training on product development topics.
  • Advise on modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
  • Drive business agility by coaching Product Managers on product strategy and roadmaps.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience as a Digital Product Manager or Senior Product Leader.
  • Five years of experience in product development roles.
  • Expertise in Digital Product Strategy, Discovery, and Roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience in leading training and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Passion for improving Customer Experience and delivering value.
  • Experience in creating product vision and strategies.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence change across the organization.
  • Capability to navigate a matrix global framework and adapt to high-stress environments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Agile SDLC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Prosci Change Management.
  • Skilled in Design Thinking.
