About the position

The Enterprise Product Marketing Manager (SaaS) will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns aimed at increasing the adoption of cloud products for both SMB and enterprise customers. This role focuses on customer retention and satisfaction, requiring a detail-oriented and analytical approach. The manager will collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout all milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Create, drive, and manage go-to-market plans across various owned channels.
  • Set comprehensive GTM strategies that include customer segmentation, messaging, and internal enablement.
  • Apply a strong customer-centric focus to all content and programs.
  • Partner with sales leadership to craft high-touch and low-touch enablement programs.
  • Create high-quality assets for demand generation, sales, and partners, including blogs, webinars, and website content.
  • Participate in content sparring sessions and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Distill complex processes into clear written communications.
  • Drive projects to completion while maintaining a high-quality standard.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Knowledge of cloud SaaS and enterprise Product Marketing Management.
  • Understanding of PLG and sales-led GTM tactics.
  • Experience launching successful go-to-market campaigns with strong messaging and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in technology companies is essential.
  • Ability to write unique and compelling content for diverse personas.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project management and research.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills and ability to track campaign performance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in building relationships with peers and stakeholders across marketing, product, and sales.
  • Strong presentation skills and clear communication abilities.
