The Enterprise Risk Management Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of the Enterprise Risk framework and strategy throughout the organization. This position involves assisting with the development, review, enhancement, and implementation of related Enterprise Risk policies, procedures, monitoring activities, and controls. The analyst will support ERM projects and initiatives aimed at driving improvements to key processes, controls, and data analytics integrations. Additionally, maintaining awareness of current regulatory and industry trends impacting risk management principles, policies, and procedures is essential. The role also includes executing Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) across the organization and supporting Financial Risk oversight initiatives, processes, and controls. The analyst will partner with process owners to identify, assess, monitor, measure, and report on key risk indicators, perform analysis for risk trends and data discrepancies, and maintain Risk Appetite Statements. Furthermore, the analyst will act as a record keeper at various Board and committee meetings, preparing agendas, attending meetings, and transcribing minutes.
