About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive at Intelerad is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships within a designated geographic territory. This position is focused on meeting and exceeding sales quotas by selling Intelerad's suite of medical imaging products and solutions to new clients. The Enterprise Account Executive will engage in prospecting and developing new business opportunities, responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and presenting and demonstrating software solutions to potential clients. A key aspect of this role involves presenting price proposals and successfully closing new business clients, thereby contributing to the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within the assigned client base and territory. In addition to sales responsibilities, the Enterprise Account Executive will manage the entire client relationship, working closely with C-Suite executives to understand the strategic imperatives of health and hospital systems. This includes developing strategies to support these imperatives and coordinating governance with client leadership teams. Regular partnership reviews, whitespace analysis, budget planning, and solution road mapping will be essential to grow the company's share within existing accounts. The role requires a proactive approach to territory management, including creating a territory plan, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing, and prioritizing selling time to maximize sales volume and account penetration. The Enterprise Account Executive will also need to maintain a balanced sales funnel and an accurate profile of prospects, ensuring a high level of product knowledge regarding Intelerad's offerings and competitive products. This position is integral to fostering consultative sales relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring accurate forecasting of revenue, and providing feedback to sales management regarding the territory environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding 100% of sales quotas by selling the Intelerad suite of products and solutions to new clients within the defined geographic territory.
  • Create a territory plan and manage the sales process from cold call to close, prioritizing selling time to generate sales volume, achieve account penetration, and complete territory coverage.
  • Own cold call strategy, funnel (pipeline) development and management, territory development, and close deals within assigned geography.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain an annual business plan supporting attainment of quota, updating the business plan on a regular basis.
  • Maintain identified business to support a balanced sales funnel and accurate profile of prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of IT, Intelerad, and competitive products.
  • Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all key-buying influences in each client, including multiple levels within the client's organization.
  • Maintain accurate and timely forecasts of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for assigned territory.
  • Provide constant feedback to Sales management on the territory environment.
  • Work in a team selling environment with other sales specialists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with a proven track record in account management.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner with the ability to understand medical imaging.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding teamwork skills, and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate and build rapport with internal management and other company personnel.
