About the position

The Enterprise Sales Agent at Goosehead Insurance is responsible for providing quotes, closing leads, and maintaining client relationships. This role involves advising clients on various insurance policies and customizing packages to meet their specific needs, all while working in an inside sales environment with both inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes to clients and close sales leads.
• Maintain and retain relationships with clients.
• Advise clients on the benefits of various insurance policies.
• Tailor insurance packages to meet specific client needs.
• Track client data using the Salesforce CRM system.
• Engage with pre-qualified prospects.
• Utilize Goosehead's sales management platform to build a book of business.

Requirements

• Experience in inside sales or the insurance industry.
• General Lines License (Preferred).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with managing customer relationships.
• Experience with CRM systems.
