The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Inbox Health is a pivotal role within our enterprise team, focused on actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. This position is designed for results-driven individuals who are ambitious and eager to contribute to our mission of transforming healthcare billing. As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to research leads and initiate new relationships that can lead to commitments for initial discovery meetings. These meetings will explore how our Patient Billing Communications Platform can enhance business outcomes for potential clients. Located in our New Haven office, this role requires in-office presence four days a week. You will take full ownership of a designated prospect pool, utilizing various outreach methods including outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, and video communications to gain engagement. Your key tasks will include demonstrating value-driven relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities, setting up initial mutual discovery calls between prospective customers and sales executives, and tracking your tasks and progress using our Sales Engagement and CRM systems. Additionally, you will attend certain trade shows to identify new leads and provide feedback to other departments regarding customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
