Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities through various channels.
  • Build sales relationships with local businesses, community organizations, government officials, and economic development entities.
  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations showcasing Antietam Broadband's products and services.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies relevant to the industry.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare required sales and activity reports.
  • Attend out-of-office meetings with customers, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and high service levels for customers.
  • Work with the marketing team to identify and create marketing opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the installation team for scheduling new installs and upgrades.
  • Own the customer experience by prioritizing customer value at every interaction.

Requirements
