About the position

Sitetracker, recognized as one of the best places to work by USA Today, is seeking ambitious and driven Enterprise Sales Development Representatives to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads to enhance our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and setting meetings for Account Executives across North America. The Enterprise Sales Development Representative is crucial to the growth of Sitetracker's business, providing a unique opportunity to gain extensive experience and knowledge while working closely with sales leaders, account executives, and other revenue-focused teams. As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will build on your knowledge of Sitetracker by collaborating with the Sales Development team. You will research prospective clients and acquire high-level contacts using third-party databases and social networking sites. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, educating, qualifying, and developing sales-ready leads and opportunities through lead generation activities and outbound cold calling into targeted accounts. You will interact with prospects via telephone and email to uncover pain points, identify opportunities, and generate interest in our solutions. Within the first 60 days, you will immerse yourself in Sitetracker's offerings and begin to establish a strong working relationship with the enterprise sales team and the individual Account Executives you will support. By the 180-day mark, you will have perfected your knowledge of Sitetracker, become certified, and be fully ramped while maintaining a healthy pipeline. By the end of your first year, you will continue to learn the nuances of enterprise sales, understand the complexities involved, and use your experience to mentor other Sales Development Representatives. This role is not just about sales; it's about being part of a company that is at the forefront of managing critical infrastructure projects across various industries, including telecommunications, utilities, smart cities, and alternative energy.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads to enhance the sales pipeline.
  • Identify, qualify, and set meetings for Account Executives across North America.
