About the position

The Enterprise Sales Director for the Compliance, Regulatory and Reporting (CRR) Sales Team at Confluence is responsible for promoting a comprehensive suite of technology solutions within the financial services industry. This role involves managing the sales process from prospecting to contract closure, targeting asset managers, fund administrators, hedge funds, private equity firms, and broker dealers. The position is critical for expanding the CRS business in the designated territory and achieving assigned sales quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Promote CRR Services and Solutions within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities in collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and Business Line Owners.
  • Achieve assigned quotas for new sales and professional services.
  • Leverage industry network through in-person visits, web-based meetings, and industry conferences.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for effective sales pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University or equivalent industry experience.
  • 10+ years' experience in SaaS-based solution sales in the regulatory and compliance sectors of the financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to drive the enterprise sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory solutions and services offered by Confluence.
  • Ability to meet and exceed annual sales goals.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing relationships with asset managers and fund administrators.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com for sales management.
