About the position

The Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager at Verkada plays a crucial role in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the Enterprise Sales team. This position involves collaborating with sales leadership to develop and implement onboarding and continuous training programs, ensuring that team members are well-equipped to meet the demands of their roles. The manager will also be responsible for creating training content, managing tools and resources, and facilitating communication across various departments to drive sales success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic enablement partner for the Enterprise Sales team, working with key stakeholders to organize onboarding and continuous training.
  • Identify needs within the Enterprise team and create training content to improve results and enhance product knowledge.
  • Push Enterprise-specific initiatives and processes to completion in collaboration with leadership.
  • Act as a product matter expert to deliver high-quality training and content.
  • Create and deliver training sessions and workshops focused on enterprise-specific prospecting motions and industry trends.
  • Run quarterly Enterprise Sales Leadership meetings to innovate and improve processes.
  • Own the onboarding experience for new Enterprise team members, ensuring they feel confident and supported.
  • Manage sales onboarding, regional SKOs, QBRs, and ongoing training calendars, keeping stakeholders informed of changes.
  • Support tools and resources to enhance sales productivity, including creating reports and answering questions.
  • Maintain updated knowledge within the internal Sales Hub and track resource usage.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enablement program experience tailored to an Enterprise product or team.
  • Experience in selling or delivering training for a product that requires collaboration with a solutions engineer or channel manager.
  • Strong understanding of GTM enablement programs, sales methodologies, and best practices to increase revenue.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in an uncertain environment.
  • Skill in setting strategic direction and translating vision into a clear, global strategy.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills to drive strategic planning or business changes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
  • Familiarity with creating reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
