About the position

The Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team by developing and implementing training programs, sales tools, and resources. This position focuses on equipping sales representatives with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the sales team.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement resources, including playbooks and training materials.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Analyze sales performance data to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Work with marketing to ensure sales teams have the latest product information and competitive insights.
  • Support the onboarding process for new sales hires to ensure a smooth transition into the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Certification in sales training or enablement methodologies.
