About the position

Dexian is seeking an Enterprise Salesforce Developer for an opportunity with a client located in Boston, MA. This role involves designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that are tailored to meet specific business requirements, with a particular focus on integrating Fiserv Products. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate these into effective technical solutions. In this position, you will lead the architecture and design of Salesforce implementations, ensuring that they are scalable, reliable, and secure. You will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to both developers and administrators, establishing best practices and standards for Salesforce development and integration projects. Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the data that flows into and out of Salesforce and integrated systems, with a strong emphasis on the security of data both at rest and in transit. The role requires experience with the Mulesoft AnyPoint platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Einstein. You will assist in cross-training other application system administrators and new Salesforce users, helping to grow the skill set of Salesforce and related products across the organization as needed. Working with peers and business leads, you will analyze the enterprise business context, including CRM business strategy, roadmaps, and trends, to derive future-state technologies and business outcomes. Furthermore, you will assist business areas in defining the requirements, principles, and models that guide CRM technology decisions for the enterprise, driving CRM digital innovation at all levels of the organization through in-depth business process analytics and desired enterprise outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the data going into and out from Salesforce and integrated systems, focusing on data security.
  • Utilize Mulesoft AnyPoint platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Einstein in projects.
  • Assist in cross-training other application system administrators and new Salesforce users.
  • Analyze enterprise business context to derive future-state technologies and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or CRM management equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, specializing in Fiserv Product integrations and emerging FinTech integrations.
  • Proficiency in Mulesoft, Finastra, DNA, or similar products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and user provisioning in Salesforce and SMFC.
  • Experience with Copado CI/CD platform, licensing, and provisioning.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills in a technical context.
