About the position

The Enterprise Search Engine Developer/Engineer will be responsible for building and enhancing the Enterprise Search platform for B2B e-commerce. This role requires strong technical expertise in search engine technologies and programming languages, particularly Java and Python, along with experience in microservices and cloud deployment. The position is based in either Dallas, TX or Miami, FL, with a hybrid work model requiring onsite presence four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Enterprise Search platform for B2B e-commerce.
• Utilize search engine technologies such as Coveo, Solr, or Elasticsearch.
• Implement backend development using Java or Python.
• Build and deploy microservices in a cloud environment.
• Collaborate with team members to solve customer problems and improve user experience.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience as a Python/Java Developer.
• Strong experience with search engine technologies, preferably Coveo, Solr, or Elasticsearch.
• Proficiency in Java and Python; JavaScript is a nice-to-have.
• Experience in building and deploying microservices in the cloud.
• Good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
