About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Talkdesk plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly metrics of booking qualified meetings and opportunities.
  • Conduct daily outreach activities via calling, email, social media, and video to find sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to develop prospecting plans for targeted accounts.
  • Share feedback with sales and marketing peers to optimize processes.
  • Articulate Talkdesk's value proposition to assess and qualify buying interest.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
