About the position

Erias Ventures is seeking experienced Systems Engineers to analyze user requirements and develop system requirements specifications. The role involves leading design and development activities, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the technical integrity of deliverables. Candidates will work closely with government personnel and other program stakeholders to address technical considerations and conflicts, while also guiding system development and implementation planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user's requirements and develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities for system requirements.
• Guide users in formulating requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develop technical documentation and system architecture documentation.
• Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans.
• Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems.
• Ensure the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables in the Systems Engineering area.
• Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

Requirements

• Twenty (20) years' experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required.
