About the position

The Enterprise Solution Architect (ESA) at Ensono serves as a key technology advisor, working closely with Strategic Enterprise Clients to develop and implement reference architecture frameworks and multi-year transformation initiatives. This role emphasizes fostering executive-level relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading multi-disciplinary teams throughout the solution implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Consulting teams to create Pursuit, Solution, and Sales strategies for existing Enterprise clients.
• Conduct discovery and assessment workshops to drive further penetration of client accounts.
• Develop and document solutions that meet clients' technical and business requirements, focusing on transformation and re-platform efforts.
• Conduct solution development sessions and present technical solutions and business cases to diverse audiences.
• Engage in executive and senior-level technology discussions to gain buy-in for complex solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor by offering consultation and recommendations based on insights and technology expertise.
• Service ongoing requests from a solution design perspective.
• Align with Product Management to drive product enhancements and changes to the technology roadmap.
• Drive stability and innovation within the client's current and future state, creating solutions based on client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer sciences.
• Major Industry accreditations/certifications.
• 12+ years of experience as an architect or equivalent in the hosting and network space, preferably with a service provider.
• Proven experience in managing projects through the entire project lifecycle, maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid solutions preferred.
• Well-versed in the hosting technology landscape including compute, storage, backup, network, security, DR, DevOps, and IT governance.
• Good understanding of the sales process for large and complex opportunities including ITO.
• Resourceful and confident in Crisis and Expectation management, able to perform under pressure.
• Experience in technical documentation to capture solution components in a timely manner.
• Ability to share knowledge and facilitate teamwork among various organizations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Visio.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
