About the position

The Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Box plays a crucial role in driving customer-centric solutions for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients in the West Region. This position involves collaborating with sales teams to identify customer business problems, leading technical presentations, and ensuring successful product integrations. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to articulate the value of Box's solutions, while also acting as a liaison between sales and product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Research, explore, and identify customer business problems.
  • Own the technical win in your account and drive the technical deal forward.
  • Understand product integrations, including Salesforce, Google, and Office365.
  • Lead demos articulating the value of Box and selling the full suite of solutions.
  • Act as a technical quarterback managing the extended team from a solution standpoint.
  • Showcase strong business acumen and communicate the value of the Box solution to customers.
  • Support field marketing events as a Box Subject Matter Expert (SME) and presenter.
  • Travel up to 50% to engage with customers in territory.

Requirements

  • 4 year degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 3+ years of Enterprise Field Sales Engineer experience or relevant technical, customer-facing experience.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to establish trust across a range of technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated creativity in solving customer business problems.
  • History of excelling in team selling environments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with enterprise content management solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in content management.
