About the position

The Enterprise Solutions Engineer at TeamViewer is responsible for supporting the Operational Technology sales and customer success organizations in Latin America (LATAM). This role involves working closely with account executives to conduct discovery calls, customize, and demonstrate TeamViewer's Frontline solutions, which enhance productivity for frontline workers. The Solutions Engineer acts as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful deployment of the TeamViewer platform by understanding client needs and architecting appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the entire suite of TeamViewer Frontline
  • Conduct client discovery calls and in-person meetings alongside account representatives
  • Qualify new opportunities for their technical requirements, use-case compatibility, value proposition, and scalability
  • Customize and demonstrate TeamViewer's Frontline solution
  • Work with account representatives to communicate TeamViewer's value proposition targeting specific AR use-cases to new clients
  • Meet with clients to review and discuss architecture solutions
  • Work with Project Engineering to develop level-of-effort estimates to tailor deployments to meet customer requirements
  • Work with the Professional Services team to properly scope requirements and schedules in proposals to clients
  • Work with account representatives to create statements of work and write proposals for new opportunities
  • Attend trade shows to showcase TeamViewer's Augmented Reality solutions

Requirements

  • English/Spanish Language Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, applied computer science or a similar education in an operational technology related field or equivalent work experience in a similar role
  • 5+ years of previous work experience as a Solution Engineer
  • Willingness to learn and apply knowledge of TeamViewer OT solutions to build solutions that solve problems at scale
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in smart glasses, augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, mobile devices, project management and process management
  • Working knowledge of various application programming interface (API) technologies (e.g. RESTful, SOAP)
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites across the USA & LATAM

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in integrating with large enterprise systems
  • Previous experience deploying new software and hardware platforms
  • Experience deploying logistics solutions for warehouse operations
