This includes setting up sites in both staging and production environments, conducting quality assurance, and training support teams to handle account needs post-launch. The engineer will also provide technical sales support, including system and configuration suggestions, project execution, and risk analysis. Collaboration with various internal teams, such as sales, IT, product, and marketing, is essential to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project scopes and requirements. The role requires the engineer to maintain a liaison with customers and internal departments to facilitate scope creation activities and ensure that all requirements are captured and communicated effectively. The engineer will also be responsible for organizing activities and ensuring that all necessary documentation, such as quotes and testing documents, is completed accurately. Continuous improvement initiatives within the Solutions Engineer team are expected, with the engineer participating in projects aimed at enhancing business processes and outcomes.
