About the position

The Enterprise Specialty Educator New Grad RN Program at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region is designed for new graduate registered nurses to develop their clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive environment. Responsibilities

• Influence patient outcomes and promote evidence-based clinical care.
• Model clinical expertise in a specialty area.
• Lead system-wide initiatives to improve outcomes at the patient, nursing practice, and organizational level.
• Design, implement, and evaluate professional development programs.
• Create or revise meaningful policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Support program development and partnerships that enhance nursing opportunities.
• Contribute to projects, initiatives, and research that inform decision-making.
• Deploy to sites based on initiatives or programs as needed.

Requirements

• Three years of nursing experience required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required if Master's degree is not in nursing.
• Master's Degree in Nursing, Education, or related field preferred.
• CO RN or Compact RN license to practice in Colorado required.
• Nursing Specialty Certification required to sit within 6 months; achieve within 1 year of hire or transfer to role.

Nice-to-haves
