Responsibilities

  • Safeguard systems by enforcing stringent security protocols and maintaining backup measures to protect sensitive data.
  • Develop and oversee user profiles and access permissions, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Regularly assess system operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Quickly identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure system settings are configured to meet customer data retrieval needs for efficient access to information.
  • Collaborate with various departments to create effective policies and procedures, providing user training and documentation.
  • Research and evaluate new software and hardware solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
  • Experience with iManage document management solution.
  • Proven experience managing data privacy and security, particularly regarding legal documentation.
