About the position

The Enterprise Systems Engineer IAM is responsible for providing enterprise-level support and establishing best practices for identity access management (IAM) services. This role involves deploying new technologies, managing systems and applications, and collaborating with various teams to develop technology-based business solutions. The engineer will serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as identity and access management, information security, and systems management, ensuring the security and efficiency of IAM solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise-level support for identity access management (IAM) and related services.
  • Participate in technical system design and deployment of customer projects.
  • Deploy new technologies and configure systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to develop technology-based solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in identity and access management and related areas.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, PowerShell, or SailPoint Beanshell.
  • Manage desktop and server technologies for application deployment and server package management.
  • Install and configure operating systems and infrastructure components in cloud environments.
  • Maintain security configurations and ensure they are up to date.
  • Implement and manage automated security controls and compliance validation.
  • Research and recommend infrastructure and configuration improvements.
  • Coordinate process improvement initiatives to optimize service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of progressive experience across multiple platforms in IT disciplines.
  • Proficient in technical documentation, DevOps, and ITIL concepts.
  • Proficient knowledge of cloud platforms and modern networking technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing security controls and compliance requirements.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and CyberArk.
  • Knowledge of JSON, REST, and API integrations.
  • Experience in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
