About the position

As a Senior Manager in Products and Technology at PwC, you will play a crucial role in driving the integration of technology into our service offerings. This position involves managing commercial and internal products, overseeing their lifecycle from definition to end-of-life, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will work collaboratively with teams to solve complex business issues, leveraging your expertise in business analysis and product management to enhance client solutions and accelerate business growth.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, or Management Information Systems.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in managing IT system/software development and project management processes.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects, preferably in a global professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and User Acceptance Testing processes.
• Experience with SDLC activities and Business Process Modeling.

Nice-to-haves

• IIBA certification preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for reporting and metrics.
• Ability to analyze business and user needs and document requirements effectively.
• Experience in managing vendor analysis and testing of SOW deliverables.
