About the position

The Senior Business Analyst role at PwC involves working within a team to address complex business challenges from strategy to execution. This position requires a blend of analytical skills and business acumen to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable deliverables, particularly in an Agile/Scrum environment. The Senior Manager will lead User Acceptance Testing and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that business objectives are met throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Develop requirements and user stories in collaboration with business and product owners.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and guide stakeholders through all phases of testing.
• Analyze business and user needs to document requirements and revise existing systems or processes.
• Manage the quality and acceptance of vendor analysis and testing deliverables.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for reporting and metrics.
• Develop deep business and application domain knowledge for assigned portfolios.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in IT system/software development and project management processes.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in Information Technology or related fields.
• Certification in IIBA is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects, preferably in a global professional services environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Familiarity with SDLC activities and Business Process Modeling.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a delivery team and manage stakeholder relationships.
