About the position

The Enterprise Technical Sales Consultant for Unified Communications at Spectrum Enterprise is responsible for driving product penetration rates and supporting client growth through consultative sales strategies. This role involves educating clients on Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solutions, collaborating with internal teams, and leading sales initiatives to meet client communication needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a regional brand ambassador to drive sales for Unified Communications products.
  • Partner with Product teams to develop and advance service attributes.
  • Identify target markets and develop a sales plan.
  • Self-generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Lead consultative meetings and negotiations with stakeholders to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute team selling strategies.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in premise-based sales of PBX, UCaaS, and Hosted Voice solutions.
  • Five or more years of telecommunication B2B experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Expert in Managed Service Solutions and collaboration platforms like Webex and RingCentral.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Salesforce.
  • Strong presentation and English communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct consultative analysis and provide recommendations.
