About the position

The Entertainment Coordinator at Rock the House Entertainment Group is a full-time role focused on behind-the-scenes coordination for live events while also providing some onsite and performance experiences. This position serves as a liaison between event entertainers, the sales team, and production departments to ensure successful event operations and flawless execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage event staffing, time off, and attendance logs
• Handle travel and logistics for events
• Enhance events through creativity, casting ideal teams, and event refinement

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in performance, entertainment, or event hospitality
• Stellar communication and responsiveness
• Valid driver license and clean driving record

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in live event companies, dance/fitness studios, performing arts centers, or professional sports teams
• Exceptional organizational and improvisational skills
• Experience scheduling staff in any industry
