About the position

The Entry Level Account Executive at Luno Customer Acquisitions Inc. is responsible for driving customer acquisition and maintaining relationships with clients in a fast-paced, in-person sales environment. This role focuses on face-to-face interactions, product demonstrations, and territory management, aiming to meet the needs of clients while fostering a motivating and competitive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Progressively manage and maintain contacts with customers
• Source new business through prospecting new customers
• Have one-on-one interactions with customers and give presentations
• Identify and classify sales opportunities
• Participate in training sessions, conference calls, and sales meetings
• Consult face-to-face with local and prospective clients within an account territory
• Learn how to understand customer needs and assist with product enquiries, to ensure their purchase order gets processed
• Conduct sales and marketing presentations in person
• Engage in face-to-face sales consultations
• Provide in-person customer service and sales
• Manage territory and perform data entry into CRM software
• Conduct product demonstrations
• Train and develop new executives

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or business
• Comparable work experience in labor, restaurant, or hospitality is acceptable
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, merchandising, or retail is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers

Nice-to-haves

• Degree not required, but having one is a plus
• Experience in a managerial role or potential to excel in such a position
• Love for pets
