Responsibilities

• Engage with clients over the phone to understand their needs and offer personalized tax solutions.
• Close deals by converting interested leads into satisfied clients for tax relief and debt resolution services.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to enhance sales strategies and improve client interactions.
• Participate in ongoing sales coaching and training to develop skills and achieve sales targets.
• Utilize a simple 3-step process: consult, listen, and offer solutions during client calls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, particularly in a call center or related field, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Sales CRM software.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in tax resolution sales or related fields is a plus.
• Background in call centers, car sales, solar sales, telemarketing, collections, mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, or student loans.
