Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in Community Engagement, Client Services, Brand Awareness, Sales, Retail, or similar fields is ideal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making for consumers
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to speak and present confidently

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new inquiries, address any questions, and build a relationship with customers and team members
• Provide exceptional communication and customer service skills during any customer interactions
• Review daily and weekly customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and increasing sales margins
• Engage with consumers in an empathetic, professional, and confident manner
• Track and report any client interaction in our system accurately
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy
• Maintain updated information on our clients by attending daily meetings, weekly webinars, and quarterly conferences with fellow entry level Account Managers
