Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry and account reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and post journal entries.
  • Help maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze financial data and generate reports for management review.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Learn and utilize company-specific accounting software and tools effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or relevant coursework completed).
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups).
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
