Responsibilities

  • Process banking reports for returned banking transactions such as NSF, ISF, closed accounts, and uncollected funds.
  • Provide management with collection alerts through the Total Track system and document all actions taken to complete the alert.
  • Request updates and credit evaluation reports from Credit Underwriting and manage over-threshold limits.
  • Prepare reconciliations upon client requests.
  • Review the Aging Report to process client refunds, credits, or overpayments.
  • Prepare manual ACH debits for clients on special payment terms.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with cash posting
  • Knowledge of wire transfers
