Responsibilities

  • Submit HCFA claims by paper, weekly
  • Enter insurance referrals into EMR
  • Attach insurance explanation of benefits to HCFA
  • Upload medical records
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned
  • Maintain the strictest confidentiality; adhering to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations
