Responsibilities

• Actively promote June services through social media, networking, and word-of-mouth.
• Manage schedule and appointments efficiently, including travel to clients' locations with necessary equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service in all client interactions, addressing questions and concerns professionally.
• Complete and maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation for every client.
• Maintain medical equipment in proper working order and restock inventory as needed.
• Adhere to company-wide initiatives, operational procedures, and safety protocols.
• Engage in self-guided digital training and optional live training for continuous professional development.
