Carvana is seeking entry-level automotive detailers and lot attendants to join our rapidly growing team. In these entry-level roles, you will have the opportunity to choose from several positions, including Detailer, Lot Attendant, Photobooth Associate, and Inspection Associate. Each role plays a crucial part in ensuring our vehicles are in top condition and ready for our customers. As a Detailer, your primary responsibility will be to detail vehicles, which includes washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing. The Lot Attendant will be responsible for moving vehicles from one department to another within our Inspection Centers, ensuring a smooth workflow. The Photobooth Associate will take high-quality photos of our vehicles, allowing customers to view them in our online spinners. Lastly, the Inspection Associate will inspect both the interior and exterior of the vehicles, accurately identifying any imperfections or defects. Responsibilities

  • Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • Move vehicles from one department to another in the Inspection Centers.
  • Take high-quality photos of vehicles for customer viewing.
  • Inspect the interior and exterior of vehicles and accurately identify any imperfections or defects.

Requirements

  • Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
  • Ability to work in excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • Use of safety equipment such as face shields, goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments.
