Responsibilities

  • Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and preventative maintenance.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with guests about their vehicles.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet guest expectations and deliver results.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding vehicle care and operation.
  • Engage in training with mid and senior level automotive technicians to expand your skill set.
  • Perform various manual tasks, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
  • Commitment to learning new technologies within the rapidly changing automotive industry.
  • Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.

Nice-to-haves

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training.
